Ingredients (tablets) (205 mg):
— powder of roots and rhizomes of Valerian (56 mg);
— vitamin С (ascorbic acid) (10 mg).
Excipients: lactose, methylcellulose (emulsifier), calcium stearate (anti-caking agent), talc (anti-caking agent), tween 80 (emulsifier), titanium dioxide (colorant), indigocarmine (colorant), tropeolin O (colorant).

— powder of roots and rhizomes of Valerian (33,6 mg);
— vitamin С (ascorbic acid) (6 mg).
Excipients: lactose, refined sugar, basic magnesium carbonate (color stabilizer), calcium stearate (anti-caking agent), talc (anti-caking agent), titanium dioxide (colorant), indigocarmine (colorant), tropeolin O (colorant), bee wax (glazing agent), vegetable oil, paraffin.
Contains sugar.

Ingredients’ features
Roots and Rhizomes of Valerian are a source of valeric and isovaleric acids, valepotriates, and other biologically active substances (more than 120), contains up to 3.5% of essential oil. Many of these substances (valerenal, valepotriate, valerian, bornilisovalerianate, etc.) are technologically available only after cryogenic processing while other processing technologies are useless. The prolonged calming effect of Valerian root from the series “Secrets of Longevity” is due to the manufacturing process when the raw materials are not subjected to chemical and thermal treatment that makes the process of digestion of Valerian root longer in contrast with extracts and tinctures. Substances and even odor of Valerian have powerful calming and sedative effects. Furthermore, it also has spasmolytic effect, improves myocardium function at cardioneurosis.
Vitamin С is a strong antioxidant that inhibits the effects of free radicals and increases immunity, prevents damage to cells by free radicals and, thus, protects the body from ageing and oncologic processes.
Action

— as additional source of valeric acid and vitamin C;

— insomnia, asthma, tachycardia, neurosis, cardioneurosis;
— improvement of digestion caused by nervous disorders of stomach and intestines;
— dyskinesia (disorders of motility and peristalsis of gastrointestinal tract;
— neurodermatitis;
— as spasmolytic for cramps, spasms, hysteria, sciatica;
— epilepsy;
— to stop headaches caused by nervous stresses and migraines;
— postmenopausal disorders;
— as cholagogue for diseases of the liver and bile ducts;
— obesity – to reduce hunger in persons;
— kidneys and urinary bladder diseases, diabetes insipidus.
Recommended for use as follows
Adults: 2-3 tablets (dragees) 3 times a day at mealtimes. Duration – 2 weeks.
Special features: The product in form of tablets can be used by persons having diabetes.
