Ingredients(205 mg):
— powder of leaves of Nettle (Urtica dioica) (70 mg);
— vitamin C (ascorbic acid) (10 mg).
Excipients: lactose, calcium stearate (anti-caking agent), hydroxipropylmethylcellulose (emulsifier), tween 80 (emulsifier), titanium dioxide (colorant), “Green Apple” (colorant).

Ingredients’ features
Nettle leaves have a rich multivitamin composition. They contain ascorbic acid (up to 269 mg%), vitamin K (42–45 mcg/g), pantothenic acid, carotenoids (β-carotene, xanthophyll, violoxanthin), urticine glycoside, tannins and proteins, formic, caffeic, p-coumaric, ferulic organic acids, nitrogenous substances, and amino acids. Nettle is among the leaders in the content of vitamin C. It contains also minerals, especially, iron (up to 41 mg) as well as boron, calcium, silicon, manganese, copper, nickel, titanium, zinc, and various nitrogenous substances. All raw materials used for manufacturing of the supplement “Urtica P” are not chemically or thermally treated but obtained using cryogenic grinding which allows preserve all the beneficial properties of the plant.
Vitamin С (ascorbic acid) –– as a component of the supplement neutralizes the effects of free radicals, enhances immunity, and strengthens blood vessel walls.

Recommended for use as follows
