Innovative vitamin & mineral complex for restoration and strengthening of bone tissue
Ingredients (500 mg):
— calcium citrate (250 mg);
— vitamin В6 (0.5 mg);
— vitamin D3, or cholecalciferol, a substance with activity 100000 IU/g (1.5 mg);
— organic anabolic component of natural origin — HDBA organic complex (glucose-adsorbed drone brood homogenate with vitamin В6) (50 mg).
Excipients: lactose, calcium stearate.

— vitamins (water- and liposoluble): А 0.54 IU/g; xanthophyll 0.297mg %; β-carotene 0.426 IU/g; В2 0.739 mg %; D 950 IU/g; choline 442.8 mg %; nicotinic acid 15.8 mg %.

Drone brood homogenate helps to increase androgen levels that enhances bone remodeling, indirectly enhances osteoblasts’ activity and increases the number of osteocytes. Amino acids contained in drone brood homogenate participate in production of collagen that forms bone matrix.
Calcium citrate. “Osteomed Forte” contains calcium in form of calcium citrate that promotes the more complete and safe absorption of it from gastrointestinal tract. Furthermore, it helps to inhibit parathyroid hormone production and to prevent bone tissue resorption being the most efficient and safe form of calcium necessary for bone strengthening and increase of bone mineral density.
Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol). Mechanism of intermolecular relationship of vitamin D3 is associated with activating vitamin D receptor, induction of transcription factors and nucleus receptors. The end effect of vitamin D3 is maintaining calcium homeostasis due to its participation in bone tissue formation, including control of cells’ growth, differentiation and apoptosis. Vitamin D3 is contributive to calcium, magnesium, and phosphorus absorption and responsible for reducing excretion of these minerals with urine through kidneys. It is necessary for normal mineralization and growth of bones. Vitamin D3 actively promotes the growth of skeleton, muscles, and mineralization of bones and teeth.
Vitamin В6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride) contributes to the absorption of magnesium from gastrointestinal tract, supplying cells with it, calcium absorption and its transportation through cell membranes, thus, preventing calcium metabolism disorders and providing its retention in new born osteocytes. Vitamin В6 also prevents lithiasis (stone formation) in renal pelvis and takes part in synthesis of female sex hormones.

Recommended for use as follows
Adults: 2 tablets 2 times a day. Preventive therapy: 2 tablets in the evening.
