Great nettle (Urtica dioica) leaves have a rich polyvitaminic composition. Great nettle (Urtica dioica) contains ascorbic acid, vitamin K, pantothenic acid; carotenoids (b-carotene, xanthophyll, violaxanthin), urticin glycoside, tannins and protein substances, formic, caffeic, p-coumaric, ferulic organic acids, nitrogenous substances and amino acids. Great nettle (Urtica dioica) is among the leaders as the content of vitamin C is concerned. Iron is the first in the list of minerals that exist in this medicinal plant. Great nettle contains also boron, calcium, silicon, manganese, copper, nickel, titanium, zinc and various nitrogen compounds.
Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) in the composition of this food supplement neutralizes actively free radicals, stimulates immune system and strengthens blood vessels walls.
Recommended use:
