Dragees with herbal complex — sedative, spasmolytic, and anticonvulsant
Ingredients (200 mg):
— powder of rhizomes and roots of Valerian (25 mg);
— powder of herb of Motherwort (Leonurus cardiaca) (25 mg).
Excipients: granulated sugar, lactose, basic magnesium carbonate as color stabilizer, calcium stearate as anti-caking agent, titanium dioxide as colorant, bee wax as glazing agent, vegetable oil, tartrazine as colorant (this ingredient may have negative effect on activity and attention in children).
Contains sugar.

Ingredients’ features
Roots and Rhizomes of Valerian are a source of valeric and isovaleric acids, valepotriates, and other biologically active substances (more than 120), contains up to 3.5% of essential oil. Many of these substances (valerenal, valepotriate, valerian, bornilisovalerianate, etc.) are technologically available only after cryogenic processing while other processing technologies are useless. It also has spasmolytic effect, improves myocardium function at cardioneurosis.
Motherwort –– is source of flavonoid, glycosides (rutin, quercetin, quinqueloside, etc.), alkaloids, saponins, and tannins. It has calming effect on central nervous system, lowers the heart rate, increases the strength of cardiac contractions, lowers arterial pressure, and has hypotensive and sedative effects. The use of the whole plant (and not its extract) provides the plenty of its pharmacological effects on the human body.
Action
— lowers arterial pressure and heart rate and has anticonvulsant effect;
— has beneficial effect on carbohydrate and fat metabolism; lowers glucose, lactic acid, pyruvic acid, cholesterol, and total lipids levels in blood; normalizes indicators of protein metabolism;
— efficient remedy against neurosis, insomnia, irritability.
Indications:
— sleep disorders;
— as source of flavonoids – group of substances of vegetable origin that have antioxidant, anti-radiation, spasmolytic, antiulcer, antitumor, anti-inflammatory, wound healing, hypotensive, estrogenic, bactericide, diuretic and other effects;
— for normalization of diurnal rhythms;
— as part of a combined therapy and prophylaxis of thyroid gland and gastrointestinal tract diseases, hypertension, strokes, etc.
Recommended for use as follows
Adults: 4 dragees 3 times a day at mealtimes. Duration – 4 weeks.
