Leuzea (Rhaponticum carthamoides) contains ecdysteroids, inulin, flavonoids, tannins and other bioactive substances. Ecdysteroids are natural hormones enhancing anabolic processes in organism and having antioxidant, antitumor and adaptogenic effect.
Inulin improves gastrointestinal tract functioning, cardiovascular system functioning, reduces blood sugar, suppresses oxidation process.
Flavonoids (quercetin glycosides) are antioxidants that improve heart and blood vessels functioning. Tannins enhance anti-inflammatory effect. Substances containing in Leuzea improve general health, performance and memory. They promote concentration, strengthen sexual function, improve metabolism and stimulate hormone production.
Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) – It is a strong antioxidant. It reduces free radicals effect, enhances immunity, protects organism from aging and stress.
